Before Ordering Vroid Models
◆This will be a Vroid 3D model created in BIANCA’s art style
Therefore, requests to make models identical to existing designs cannot be accommodated. I appreciate your interest if you like my style and previous works.◆Copyright Compliance: Requests that infringe upon existing copyrights or trademarks cannot be accepted.◆Model Specifications: Models that significantly deviate from the Vroid base model cannot be created.◆Costume Specifications: Outfits that significantly differ from the base outfit cannot be created.◆Weapons and Accessories: We cannot create weapons or other hand-held items.◆Showcasing Work: The creation process may be showcased in videos, photos, or live streams as part of our portfolio. Once the model is complete, it will be included in our portfolio after the client has publicly revealed it. If confidentiality is required or if there is a planned release date, please inform us in advance.◆Usage Rights: You are free to use the created model for your VTuber or character without any basic restrictions.

【About Submitting Your Own Design】
When submitting your own design, please provide a detailed three-view reference (front, side, and back views).
If the design includes unique clothing shapes, patterns, tattoos, or other distinctive elements, it would be greatly appreciated if you could include additional detailed descriptions for each part.You are also welcome to leave the design details to me. However, please note that I cannot accommodate any revision requests based on differences from your imagined result once the work is completed.Please also note that if no three-view reference is provided, additional charges may apply depending on the complexity of the design.【Important Notes】
■ Regarding Cancellations
Cancellation fees will be applied based on the progress of the work:Cancellation during the rough sketch stage: 50% of the total feeCancellation during the facial design stage: 80% of the total feeCancellation after this stage:100% of the total feePlease also note that I do not offer refunds after the quotation has been accepted and the purchase has been made.■ Regarding Communication

1ST Consultation
Detailed consultation will be conducted. Please make sure to have detailed files ready for the Character.2ND Rough sketch
Rough sketches will be drawn with a light touch, and once the image is confirmed and approved, I will proceed with production.3RD Face+front hair
After the completion of the face and front hair, you will be asked to confirm once I get confirmed I will start on the body + Back hair. (up to 2 fixes are free, significant changes or add more fix will be charged extra).4TH Body+back hair
I will proceed to start on back hair and outfit at same time
After the back hair is done, i will ask you to check and confirm( 1 fix will be free)5TH Final confirmation
One final 1 free fix is allowed within reasonable limits.LAST
After confirmation, the finished product will be delivered (estimated delivery time: 1 month to 1.5 months).※ A total of 4 fixes are free. adding more fixes will be charged.For clothing orders, the process will be:
consultation → rough sketch → final confirmation → delivery.
Unlimited revisions are allowed during the rough sketch stage,
one revision is allowed at the final confirmation stage.

Terms of service

Commercial and non-commercial use is allowed.
Those who have purchased the editable data are permitted to make modifications such as changing outfits, adding decorations or accessories to the head, and editing the model.
Conversion of the model format (e.g., for use in VRC) is also permitted.
For use in explicit R-18 or violent content, a copyright license purchase is required.
Conversion to .pmx format is permitted.
If you are unsure about a specific use case, please contact us in advance.
If you belong to a company and the company gains revenue through the use of the model, a copyright purchase is required.
Please credit the modeler BIANCA in at least one of the following: your Twitter profile, video description, or channel information.
If any activities are found that harm the model’s image—such as defamation, aggressive content, or behavior contrary to public morals—use of the model may be suspended.🚫 Prohibited ActionsModification of the face is prohibited (however, drawing edits on captured images is allowed).Do not distort the model’s aspect ratio (e.g., stretching or squashing) when creating thumbnails, as it damages the model’s quality.Use in accounts or content that make political statements is prohibited.Misrepresenting the model as your own creation is strictly prohibited.Redistribution or transfer of the model data is not allowed.Resale of the model data is prohibited.Use for purposes that are offensive to public order and morals, or that damage the image of the material — including aggressive, discriminatory, sexual, or extreme expressions, or involvement with antisocial organizations or illegal activities — is strictly forbidden.If any violation of these terms of use is confirmed, you will be required to stop using the model.
In cases where a violation is determined, we reserve the right to suspend your usage of the model.

Usage Terms for Copyright Holders

Usage RightsAfter the copyright transfer, you are free to share or transfer this model’s data to third parties.Use in works that contain R-18 content or violent expressions is also permitted.You may freely modify the model, including changing outfits, altering structure, or combining it with other models.Credit to the model creator BIANCA is optional after the copyright transfer.About RightsEven after the copyright transfer, moral rights remain with BIANCA.
However, aside from portfolio or work showcase purposes,
these rights will not be enforced (e.g., no restrictions on use or mandatory name display).The model’s use will not be restricted or suspended for any reason, including reputation or controversy.After the copyright transfer, you are free to use the model for commercial activities such as streaming, video creation, and merchandise production.Prohibited Actions🚫 The following actions are prohibited even after the copyright transfer:Impersonating others or making false claims of ownership.Using the model for immoral, unethical, or illegal purposes, or to promote such activities.
